1. General

These terms of use apply to all orders placed in the online store. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Products and prices

The online store sells physical recipe books, digital e-recipe books and remote training. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, if applicable according to applicable legislation.

3. Payment

Orders are paid for using the payment methods available in the online store. The order is processed after payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Physical products are delivered to the specified delivery address. Digital products are delivered electronically, and online coaching is carried out in a separately agreed manner.

5. Cancellation and returns

Orders are subject to the cancellation and return terms separately published in the online store.

6. Use of digital products

Digital products are intended for the buyer's own personal use. Their copying, distribution, resale or other unauthorized transfer is prohibited without written permission.

7. Intellectual property rights

All content of the online store as well as texts, images, recipes and other material of the products are protected by copyright and belong to their respective rights holders.

8. Limitation of liability

Recipes and coaching are intended for general information and inspiration. The customer is responsible for the suitability of the products for their own situation and for taking into account any allergies, illnesses or other individual limitations.

9. Applicable law

These terms of use are subject to Finnish law. Any disagreements will primarily be resolved through negotiation.

Cancellation and return conditions

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days, unless otherwise stated in the product description or description. The cancellation period begins with the receipt of the physical product and with the conclusion of the contract for services or digital content.

Cancellation can be made using the online store's cancellation button or via the cancellation link in the order confirmation email. Confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to the customer's email.

If the physical product has already been delivered, the customer can return it within 14 days of submitting the cancellation notice in its original condition to get a refund. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.

Digital products (e.g. e-books): The customer accepts the loss of the right to cancel by requesting immediate delivery of the digital product. The right to cancel expires when the delivery of the digital product has begun.

Online coaching: If the implementation of online coaching has begun with the customer's express consent before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, the customer does not have the right to cancel for the service that has already been implemented.

Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to products and services that are manufactured or personalized according to the consumer's wishes, such as personal meal plans, individual coaching or other products or services tailored to the customer.
