1. Can I eat fruits with diabetes?

If you have diabetes, you have probably heard this terrible advice to avoid carbs, and it's keeping you stuck in the blood sugar nightmare.

They will tell you: Just cut carbs to lower your blood sugar. But this is the biggest mistake you could possibly make. Yes, refined carbs can spike blood sugar, but whole food carbohydrates are not the enemy.

The real culprit behind insulin resistance is fat. When you eat a high fat diet, from oils, dairy, meat and eggs, your muscle and liver cells get clogged with fat, making insulin less effective. That's why your blood sugar stays high even when you cut carbs. But when you lower your fat intake and eat more fiber-rich plant foods, your body can use insulin properly again. This means you can enjoy carbs without the crazy spikes.

I have helped many people lowering their blood sugar to normal by eating low fat and more simple carbs.

2. Why am I hungry all the time?

The answer is simple. Eat both enough of calories and enough of nutrients to be completely satisfied. The plate of raw food can differ from a conventional plate a lot. Fresh raw fruits and vegetables are low in calories but high in nutrients. They are mostly water, so even if you eat a huge bowl of salad you might not get much of calories. On the other hand, if you eat 8 bananas, you can get a lot of calories but not all of the essential nutrients. That's exactly why I am here to help you. Check my

3. How to stay raw in winter?

The optimal food for our cells doesn't change over the weather. You don't need the food to warm you up. But did you know you might need 40% more calories in the cold winter? Your body is using a lot of energy in keeping you warmer. Eat more fuel! And help your body externally by exercising or keeping active, using warm clothes and heating blankets, and taking hot baths and sauna sessions. Do not eat your food cold either. Food should be about from the room temperature until the body temperature to be optimal. If you need extra internal warmth, drink healthy herbal teas.
